Residential

Whether you want one room cleaned, just high traffic areas, Teflon application, or maybe no furniture moved; we let you decide and give you a fair price - no add ons or extra charges! Extremely fast drying time - not days of damp carpet.

Commercial

We have the ability to clean large areas of carpet such as conference rooms, office buildings, restaurants, churches; also ceramic and VC tile.

Upholstery

Most upholstery can be cleaned, depending on the material.  We can advise you of your specific needs.

Vacant discounts

A price discount can be applied if there is no furniture to move and the building is vacant.  If you know the square footage, we can give you a fairly close price estimate over the phone.

Senior Discounts

We value our customers, especially our seniors, and will honor a price discount.

Area Rugs

Oriental and large area rugs will be removed from your home and we will clean and return them.
